Delivery Information

We understand that many sellers offer free postage, especially on sites like Ebay and Amazon but we are proud of our products and want them to reach you in the condition they are sent, we have experienced the disappointment of receiving items crammed into unsuitable packaging and having to waste time and effort returning them.

Please use your postage wisely!

We will happily provide one product if that's all you require.... but obviously it's great for us to sell a few extra items, and a shame for you to pay the cost for only one or a couple of items, please share the site and ask friends, family or even work colleagues to order and share the postage and help protect the environment too....

We offer delivery by Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class signed for service.
All parcels are sent via the small packages service as many items are just a bit too large for padded envelopes.

If no-one is available to sign for your package, please be aware that Royal Mail will often take the parcel back to the delivery office for you to personally collect - please take 2 forms of ID in this case as they generally check ID as well as requiring the red notification card that was left informing you of a non-delivery. If you let us know on the online checkout form we will endeavour to pass any delivery instructions on to Royal Mail.

We may use an alternative UK carrier at our discretion.

We generally endeavour to package and post items next working day after the order is placed - items ordered on weekends and bank holidays will be sent on the first working day after the order date.
